Emergencies: Ava Cohen Counseling does not provide emergency care or crisis services. Due to the nature of the counseling and therapeutic services we provide, we are sometimes not immediately available by telephone. We do periodically check for telephone messages. If you need to talk to someone immediately and are having an emergency, call 911 or the 24-hour National Crisis Hotline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255), or go to your nearest hospital emergency room.
